如何制作Stardict词典

A lot of people are using Stardict on Windows PCs or Linux PCs.
Some of them want to make themself.
Now, I‘ll tell you the how to make it.

1. You must have a text editor supporting UTF-8 installed.
2. A Startdict-Editor with GTK+ Runtime.
3. Once you‘ve downloaded and installed the things above, start the editor and toggle the encoding into UTF-8.
4. Edit your dictionary file in this format

That is write the word first, then a Tab character(Unselect Tab=SPACE if your editor has this setting), and then its phonetique and definitions, use \n for a new line, and \\ for \.  There must be a line without anything at the end of the dictionary text file.
5. Save your dictionary file into a pure text in UTF-8 encoding.
6. Open Startdict-Editor, choose "Compile" tab. Choose "Tab file" in the pull-down menu at the bottom.
7. Click "Browse" to locate your dictionary text file.
8. Click "Build" to build the dictionary.
9. A .dict, a .idx and a .ifo file will be generated. Copy them into "Where you install Stardict/dic/dictionary name" folder and restart the Stardict.
10. Then you get it!

许多人现在在Windows或Linux电脑上使用Stardict。
他们中有些人想要制作属于自己的词典。
现在，我就来告诉你怎么制作词典。
1.你必须安装一个支持 UTF-8 编码格式的文本编辑器。
2.Startdict-Editor 软件以及 GTK+ 运行时库。

4.照下面框框里输入词条

也就是说，每行开头，是一个单词；接著，是一个Tab符(如果你的文本编辑器有 "Tab=空格" 选项，勿选之)；接下来是单词音标及释义。\n 表示换行，\\ 表示斜线 \。词典文件的最后一行，必须是一空行。
5.将你的词典文件保存为UTF-8格式的纯文本文件。
6.开启 Startdict-Editor，选择 "Compile" 标签页，在窗口底端的下拉菜单框中选择  "Tab file"。
7.按 "Browse" 按来打开你的词典文本文件。
8.按 "Build" 来编译你的词典文件。
9.会生成与词典文件同名的  .dict,  .idx 以及 .ifo 文件各一个，把他们拷贝到 “Stardict安装目录/dic/你的词典的名称”目录中去，并重启 Stardict。
10.大功告成!
