低肺功能肺结核外科治疗Objective To discuss the effects and noticed proceeding of surgery treatment of low pulmonary function tuberculosis.Methods 40 cases of patients operated on low pulmonary function tuberculosis from Jan 2007 to Oct 2010 were analyzed.Results The cure rate of 40 cases pulmonary tuberculosis with low pulmonary function tuberculosis was 97.5%(39/40).The incidence rate of complication was 7.5%(3/40) and sputum negative conversion rate was 87.1%(27/31) after surgery.1 cases continued to vent minimzymes.Conclusion Surgery is an effective treatment to low pulmonary function tuberculosis patients,it was worth clinical application. | | | Chinese Journal Full-text Database | 4 Hits |
