今天是六一国际儿童节，在雅尼的《如果我能告诉你》中，一位父亲写下的对他儿子三句赠言，饱含爱意，

也非常有格局，特分享给大家：

至我儿亚当的赠言：

 

These three words in my heart need not remain silent

有三个词我应让你了解：

1、appreciate 欣赏

 

Appreciation is a wonderful thing: It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well. 

 

欣赏的奇妙之处在于，它能让我们自己也拥有被欣赏者的优点。---伏尔泰(Voltaire)

 2、respect 尊重

 

 In the end we are all separate: our stories, no matter how similar, come to a fork and diverge. We are drawn to each other because of our similarities, but it is our differences we must  learn to respect. 

最终我们会分开走上不同的道路：无论我们的经历多么相似,我们终会不同于彼此,我们因彼此的相似而相互吸引.

但我们必须学会尊重彼此的不同之处

 

The only good secret is the one we can surrender.

唯一最好的秘诀就是：在你面前不以强者自居。

3、love 爱

These three words in my heart i have learned:

有三件事我必须学会：

 

To appreciate you

欣赏你 

 

To respect you

尊重你

 

To love you

爱你

And so these three words living in my heart will not remain silent 

所以，这三句话不应只埋藏在我心里...

 

I appreciate you

I respect you

尊重你

 

I love you

我爱你
