例：

• I think my boss has something against me, because he always assigns me the most unpleasant tasks.

You know, I’ve noticed more and more foreigners jay walking lately. I thought foreigners always abided by the rules and never jay walked.

通常，这个短语用得最多的还是指不喜欢或者反对某人。但是和 I don't like you 不同的是。have against更强调是由于某个特别的原因而不喜欢或者反对某人某事，有点针对的意思。
