(年终盘点) 这一年lncRNA领域的研究都有哪些进展?

还有两周就迎来2018年了,我们从今天开始对各个科研热点在2017的研究进展进行盘点,其实上次我们已经盘点过circRNA领域了:研究环状circRNA发5-10分的杂志,是不是很容易?研究circRNA发10分以上的杂志,这三个思路你都知道吗?。好,废话不多说了,第一期我们来看lncRNA这个热点。

简单一点,2017年lncRNA研究一共发表接近2700篇文章,其中10分以上的杂志收录的文章有192篇(7.1%),5到10分范围收录的文章有660篇(24.4%),3-5分范围收录的有472篇(17.5%),剩下的3分以下的文章有1376篇(50.9%),也就说基本上3分以下的文章占了一半。

下面我们先看这192篇10分以上文章的情况。

Nucleic  Acids Res杂志和Nat  Commun杂志遥遥领先,年文章量分别为1270和3534篇,Nucleic  Acids Res杂志去年影响因子还是9.2,今年已经突破10分了,在37篇文章里面包括了11个好用的数据库:

我们根据题目对各个方向进行统计,在这些研究里面,肿瘤相关的研究是最多的有29篇,如:

  • Targeted nanocomplex carrying siRNA against MALAT1 sensitizes glioblastoma to temozolomide;

  • The human lncRNA LINC-PINT inhibits tumor cell invasion through a highly conserved sequence element;

  • Energy stress-induced lncRNA FILNC1 represses c-Myc-mediated energy metabolism and inhibits renal tumor development;

炎症、病毒和免疫相关的有9篇,如:

  • An interferon-independent lncRNA promotes viral replication by modulating cellular metabolism.

  • Ash1l and lnc-Smad3 coordinate Smad3 locus accessibility to modulate iTreg polarization and T cell autoimmunity.

  • The LPS-inducible lncRNA Mirt2 is a negative regulator of inflammation.

心血管系统疾病相关的有8篇,如:

  • The long noncoding RNA Wisper controls cardiac fibrosis and remodeling.

  • Circulating Noncoding RNAs as Biomarkers of Cardiovascular Disease and Injury.

  • Inhibition of the Cardiac Fibroblast-Enriched lncRNA Meg3 Prevents Cardiac Fibrosis and Diastolic Dysfunction.

肝病相关的有6篇,如:

  • Linking long noncoding RNA to control bile acid signaling and cholestatic liver fibrosis.

  • H19 promotes cholestatic liver fibrosis by preventing ZEB1-mediated inhibition of epithelial cell adhesion molecule.

  • The liver-enriched lnc-LFAR1 promotes liver fibrosis by activating TGFβ and Notch pathways.

另外跟肌肉生长发育有关有5篇,如:

  • lncRNA-Encoded Polypeptide SPAR(s) with mTORC1 to Regulate Skeletal Muscle Regeneration.

  • Lnc-mg is a long non-coding RNA that promotes myogenesis.

  • mTORC1 and muscle regeneration are regulated by the LINC00961-encoded SPAR polypeptide.

  • Long non-coding RNA Linc-RAM enhances myogenic differentiation by interacting with MyoD.
