Tower Bridge Penthouse TG-Studio were tasked with the interior design for this stunning duplex penthouse at a new development a few steps from Tower Bridge. Through the selection of wall finishes, furniture and accessories we wanted to create a sense of uniqueness and understated luxury for this show apartment that would appeal to investors both within the UK and abroad. The property has three large bedrooms, an open plan living/dining space, a grand entrance hall complete with spiral staircase and a large terrace offering panoramic views of London. In partnership with the artist Carol Peace we designed a sculpture garden for the terrace and placed a number of her pieces throughout the apartment, including the beautiful Red Scarf that greets you as you enter. ▼ Carlton House Terrace SW1Y TG Studio were tasked to reimagine this 1970’s two bedroom apartment near Buckingham Palace in the heart of Central London for a Hong Kong based family. As their international base, their brief was to create a thoroughly British feel for the property – from the furniture and accessory selections to the finishes throughout. The end result is a stunning home away from home for a client who has it all. ▼ Queensgate SW7 TG-Studio was appointed to join two separate apartments on the 2nd floor of a magnificent mansion block in central London bordering Hyde Park. The building was built in 1880; it is constructed out of brick with grand turn of the century decorations. The two separate apartments consisted of a 3 bed and a 2 bed, and feature high ceilings. Neither apartment had been renovated for over 40 years. TG-Studio won the commission by suggesting a complete change of layout which involved moving entertainment areas to the front part of the buildings and connecting 3 major rooms. In addition four bedrooms all with en suites were carved out of the rest of the apartment. The guest WC and loads of practical storage space along a newly farmed corridor became the spine of the newly formed larger unit. ▼ Leman Street E1 TG-Studio was commissioned by Berkeley Homes to design the interior for a new-build penthouse in Aldgate, on the doorstep of London’s thriving financial district. The concept for the interior design was based on the concept of photography inspired by the views over the city. ▼ Warren Mews W1T TG-Studio has fully modernised this Mews House in the centre of Fitzrovia, it is located in Warren Mews which is a picturesque mews, accessed from Warren Street. The property is a terraced three storey Mews House which was used as an office building. The accommodation consists of an office space, cloakroom WC and a guest bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor, a large full width entertaining space featuring kitchen, dining and living area on the first floor and a large master with en-suite and walk in wardrobe occupying the second floor of the property. The house was stripped down to its structural walls and roof, and reinstated as a new modern home. All of the external walls and roof were insulated, and all windows and doors replaced.
