It takes roughly three to four years for the subtle imbalances to reach the physical body and cause a symptom to appear. In some cases the process can be longer. Sometimes it takes half a lifetime or more to develop a particular illness or symptom. In other cases the process can be much quicker, depending on the level of awareness, type of distrurbance, and mental state of the individual.


精微失衡大约需要三到四年的时间才会到达身体并导致病症的出现,在某些情况下,这个过程会更长。有时候需要大半生或者更久的时间才会发展出某种疾病或者症状。在有些情况下,这个过程会更快一些,这取决于意识层次、障碍类型和个人的心理状态。


All our previous experiences are stored as conscious or unconcious memories in the brain. These experiences are also locked in the physical body as energy blockages and inflexibilities. Deeply rooted, often suppressed, painful memories and traumas are often stored in muscle tissues, while more recent experiences of the day are stored in the skin appearing as lines and wrinkles. 


我们所有以往的经历都储存在大脑的有意识或无意识记忆中。这些经历同样也以能量阻塞和僵化的方式被所在身体中。根深蒂固的、时常被压抑的、痛苦的回忆和创伤常常储藏在肌肉组织里,而最近一天的经验则会储存在皮肤上,如出现纹路和皱纹。


Suppressing unresolved conflicts and traumas in the body creates inflexibility, bad posture, diffuse pains and premature aging. The chest contracts and the breathing becomes shallow. The more of these unresolved issues that are held within, the more hunched-up and weighed down the body becomes.


压抑身体内未解决的冲突和创伤会造成僵化、不良姿势、弥漫性疼痛和提前衰老。含胸会造成呼吸变浅。悬而未决的问题越多,身体就越是弯腰驼背且越沉重。
