心情也像衣服,脏了就拿出来洗洗、晒晒,阳光自然就会蔓延开来.我们身边那些内心强大的人,都是这样走过来的....

 生活艰难，但要挺住 

1. Rigid yet adaptable 固执而又变通

Rigid yet adaptable: Being firm in your belief yet be flexible enough to change when proven wrong.

固执而又会变通，坚持自己的想法，但是如果这些想法被证明是错误的时候，有足够的灵活性去改变。

2. Careful yet carefree 敏感但不执着

Careful yet carefree: Being aware and cautious yet not giving a damn to every thing that crosses my way.

敏感但不执着，对身边的各种人事物保持敏感度，但没有任何人事物可以霸占你的内心，使你裹足不前。

3. Mellow yet fervent 稳重但又热烈

Mellow yet fervent: Being calm in calamity and a cracker in celebration.

稳重但又热烈，在困境面前能保持冷静，但又能在欢庆中引爆全场。

4. Old yet young  成熟但又年轻

Old yet young: Being experienced like your grandfather yet energetic like a child.

成熟但又年轻，像你的爷爷一样饱经世事，但又像孩子一样充满活力。

5. Learned yet foolish 学了很多但又保持一颗求知若渴的心

Learned yet foolish: Being well read though knowing you still know nothing.

学了很多但又保持一颗求知若渴的心，虽然读了很多书，但内心知道比起浩瀚的知识海洋，自己还是一无所知。

6. Sharp yet forgetful 固善记但又善忘

Sharp yet forgetful: Being intelligent with a strong memory yet deleting all the trash and negativity.

善记但又善忘，敏而好学，有很好的记忆力，但又懂得取舍，删除所有的垃圾信息和负面情绪。

7. Observant yet active 会观察但也爱尝试

Observant yet active: Being able to observe and learn from others' mistakes yet not fearing to make my own.

会观察但也爱尝试，会通过观察别人的错误总结经验，但有机会，也不害怕自己亲自去尝试。

8. Leader yet follower 是一个很好的领导者同时也能做一个好的跟从者

Leader yet follower: Being the one that all look up to yet not looking down upon them.

是一个很好的领导者同时也能做一个好的跟从者，能做大家都愿意追随的领导者，但也从不轻视任何一个队员，能跟他们和睦相处。

9. Selfless yet selfish 无私但又自私

Selfless yet selfish: Being able to help others yet making provisions for your own self.

无私但又自私，愿意帮助他人，但也会为自己争得应有的回报。

10. Patient yet restless 既耐心又不安分

Patient yet restless: Being able to accept defeat with grace yet not resting a moment to achieve success once again.

既耐心又不安分，能带着感恩的心坦然接受失败，不怨天尤人，同时自己也不会停下去不断尝试成功的脚步。
