PG系列成形磨齿机-上海星合

PG系列齿轮成形数控磨齿机，运用成形砂轮磨齿的原理，可磨削各种直齿轮，斜齿轮等。机床工件旋转和分度轴采用直驱电机，不仅精度高，效率高，而且彻底消除了机械磨损和反向间隙。当加工存在轴肩干涉可能性的双联齿轮时，机床可使用Φ40mm的小砂轮磨削，具有良好的可达性。机床伺服尾座可以由手轮或者脚踏板控制，移动到不同位置依然保持精度，不需要重新校正顶尖的同心度，方便切换不同长短的工件，还可调节顶尖顶紧力的大小，有效抑制轴齿轮的变形。

PG series CNC gear profile grindingmachine, with forming grinding wheel, is excellent to grind kinds of spur gearsand helix gears. The index and rotating function is based on direct-drivingtechnology, without mechanical transmission erro, to ensure high grindingprecision under high efficiency. For grinding the shaft gear with interferencepossibility, it is able to select small wheels. The tailstock is driven by CNCservo motor, easily to adjust the best tightening force to restrain shaft geardeformation.
