 Its & It's 

 · Its 

是it的所有格，代表它的，类似于his或her。

He put the game back in its box.

他把这个游戏放回它的盒子。

 · It's 

① it's=it is

后面可能接上形容词、名词或动名词等等。

② it's=it has

后接过去分词

只要注意后面是不是接过去分词，就能判断整句的时态，区分是is还是has了。

It's been five years since they fell in love.

他们坠入爱河已经五年了。

 Daily & Diary 

 · Daily 

['delɪ] adj. 每天的

 · Diary 

['daɪəri] n. 日记

Practicing yoga has become part of my daily routine.

I thought they should not peek at my diary.

 Just now & Right now 

虽然都有now, 但一个用过去式，一个用现在式。

 · Just now 

刚才(用过去式动词)

The man who you talked with just now is our manager.

你刚才谈话的那个人就是我们的经理。

 · Right now 

现在(动词用现在式或现在进行式)

I don't think right now is the best time to tell her the truth.

我不认为现在是跟她说实话的最佳时机。

 Cook & Cooker 

 · Cook 

v. 烹饪; n. 厨师

 · cooker 

虽然是er结尾，但它指烹饪用的炊具，可不是厨师！

I'm a lousy cook.

我是个蹩脚的厨师。

You ordered a new cooker, fridge and washing machine?

你订购了新的炊具、冰箱和洗衣机了吗?

 Sensible & Sensitive 

 · Sensible 

['sɛnsəbl] adj. 合理的，明智的

He is a sensible man who never overreacts.

他是个理智的人，从不反应过度。

 · Sensitive 

['sɛnsətɪv] adj. 敏锐的，敏感的

You shouldn't be so sensitive to criticism.

你不应该对批评这么敏感。

 Priceless & Valueless 

你能一眼分出哪一个是无价的，哪一个是没有价值的吗?

 · Priceless 

adj. 无价的，贵重的

We saw a lot of priceless paintings at the museum.

我们在博物馆看到许多无价的画作。

 · Valueless 

adj. 无价值的，没用处的

The broken TV is valueless, so just throw it away.

那台坏掉的电视没用了，把它丢掉吧!

这两个字都是” 关系”，但是关系的种类可不一样！

 · Relations 

两个国家或团体之间的关系
