•  that从句分析

  此句为that引导的定语从句，nothing是先行词，that在定语从句cannot be accomplished 中充当主语，that之后的内容都是对于nothing的修饰。同时，nothing, cannot两个否定在一起，与汉语双重否定的效果一样，起强调作用。

•  accomplish  /əˈkʌm.plɪʃ/

  (v.) 完成；实现；达到；做到

  She accomplished such a lot during her visit.她在访问期间取得了丰硕的成果。

  (v.) to give orders, or tell someone exactly what they must do, with total authority命令，下（令）；决定，规定

  He disagrees with the government dictating what children are taught in schools.他不同意由政府来决定孩子在学校学习哪些课程。
  

•  who从句分析

  此句中who引导的从句作为动词dictate的宾语，宾语从句要使用“陈述句”语序，也就是主语在谓语之前，所以必须是who you are而非who are you.

• empower /ɪmˈpaʊər/

  (v.) 给（某人）做…的权力；授权；使自主

  empower sb sth赋予某人某物/权力

  empower sb to do sth 赋予某人某权力做某事

   This amendment empowers the presidentto declare an emergency for a wide range of reasons.这一修正案授权总统可在一系列情形下宣布进入紧急状态。
  

• uniqueness /juːˈniːk.nəs/

  (n.)独特性

  It is a story about the uniqueness of every individual. 这是一个关于个体独特性的故事。

  前缀uni-表示独特的，唯一的；不少的单词都来源于uni-这个前缀：unicorn（独角兽），uniform（制服），universe（宇宙），university（大学），unify（统一），unilateral（单方面的），unanimous（全体一致的）

  后缀ness表示名词词性，比如loneliness，孤独safeness安全，happiness幸福。

• limitations /ˌlɪm.ɪˈteɪ.ʃəns/

• (n.)局限，局限性

  Living in an apartment is fine, but it does have itslimitations - for example, you don't have your own garden.住公寓不错，但也有其局限性——如没有自己的花园。
