GEnx作为B787的备选发动机,其做了许多革新:风扇直径2.8米(787-8)、复合材料制成的风扇叶片、钛铝合金制成的第6、7级低压涡轮风扇叶片。为了减少燃油消耗,做到了19:2的涵道比,同时也有助于降低噪音,整流罩导向叶片有助于减少了二次流,双环预混旋流(TAPS)燃烧室减少对环境的污染,提升空气流量。降低维修成本,提高发动机的使用寿命,采用更有效的降低发动机内部温度的冷却技术。排出在低压压缩机和高压压缩机中杂物的保护装置。本节课主要讲解航线维护中接触到的发动机部件。
