Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complaint about the qualityof service offered in your facility in ABC Street in Cambridge. I have been aloyal customer for 10 years. I am deeply disappointed at having to write this complaint to you. I think I don’t need to explain the reasonof why I left the restaurant immediately and will not have a single meal at your facility unless I accept an official apology from your service team. I am going to express that, if I am not hearing from you, I will write a letter to the editor of the Cambridge Daily in the hope that I can save others from dreadful services.
