少年说||默默(85):A Letter

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complaint about the qualityof service offered in your facility in ABC Street in Cambridge. I have been aloyal customer for 10 years. I am deeply disappointed at having to write this complaint to you.

I went to your restaurant on 15th,July to simply have a meal with my family. I have a child who was just 2 yearsold. I just asked a chair for him to sit and some books for him quiet, but your assistants were unhelpful and rude. They even didn’t know where the child’s chair was! Later a heard one of those rude assistant, whose name is Jeremy Bonds, said to his colleague:” Why this sh*t person is taking a child to our restaurant?”Needless to say, this kind of attitude to a customer is totally unacceptable.

I think I don’t need to explain the reasonof why I left the restaurant immediately and will not have a single meal at your facility unless I accept an official apology from your service team. I am going to express that, if I am not hearing from you, I will write a letter to the editor of the Cambridge Daily in the hope that I can save others from dreadful services.
