在说了晚安后,人们习惯性的加上一句“做个好梦”。

毕竟每天要花1/3的时间睡觉,好梦的经历可比噩梦要幸福多了。然而有大部分人不仅做过噩梦更是有梦魇的经历。

“我梦见了很可怕的东西,醒来了却发现自己动不了,想尖叫却发不出声音。”

“似乎看见有人影围和古怪的声音在自己周围,太吓人了”

“我用尽力气挣扎,就只能稍微动一动手指,清醒后全身都是汗,整个人都湿透了”

以上的经历是否与你的梦魇情况相似?

梦魇在民间有个外号叫鬼压床。科学角度来讲,梦魇也叫做睡眠瘫痪、睡眠麻痹,属精神科,是一种常见的心理现象,可不是真的有鬼。

环境因素

舒适的睡眠环境相当重要,若卧室内温度过高、空气不流通、枕头或被子不舒适、打鼾等因素容易造成缺氧。有理论认为大脑的一过性缺氧是造成梦魇的因素之一。

不过

我们还是应尽量消除产生梦魇的因素

毕竟没人想在熟睡时被可怕的事物弄醒

还会影响白天正常的生活

应避免在白天过度劳累,在睡前过度兴奋;

不要在睡前喝浓茶,咖啡,可乐等饮品;

采用侧睡的睡姿,避免压迫胸口;

创造舒适的睡眠环境

需要舒适的温度和新鲜空气
