说 明

Instruction

1. 药品和医疗器械管理严格执行公司有关规定。

All medical and medical Instrument must be used and stored by Company Rules.

2. 本记录簿由大副负责填写，填写时必须用钢笔或圆珠笔，并做到字迹端正、清楚。

This Record Book is written by 1^ST Officeir. Use pen or ballpoint for every record. Keep the

Record Book clean and clear.

3. 大副每季度必须对药品、医疗器械进行清点并作好记录。

The 1st Officer shall count the number of medical and medical instruments trimestral.

4.船舶必备的医疗器械、急救箱药品消耗后应及时补充。

Replenish in time after the medicine has been used.

5.大副调动时必须将药品、医疗器械、本记录簿列入移交。

The Record Book must pass to the next 1st Officer when the 1st Officer Off duty. 6. 本记录簿使用完后由大副保存 3 年。

The Record Book shall bept by 1st Officer for 3 years after used.
