日前,上海安生学校特别邀请著名儿童青少年教育与咨询专家,哲学博士李希希老师为全体班主任做学校心理健康工作的预防和干预专题讲座,帮助老师进一步提升学生心理危机识别及处理能力。这也是上海安生班主任工作系列专业培训之一。

Recently, STS specially invited teacher Li Xixi, PhD, a well-known child and adolescent education and counseling expert, to give a special lecture on school mental health prevention and intervention to all class teachers to help teachers further improve their ability to identify and deal with students' psychological crises. This is also one of the professional training series for STS’s class teachers.

Dr. Li Xixi is an expert in the student development guidance project team of the Ministry of Education, an expert in the national-level dual-new demonstration zone guidance team, a supervisor of the mentor team of the Global Chinese Youth Leaders Training Camp, a researcher at the Youth Mental Health Research and Training Center of East China Normal University.

During the training, with the help case studies, Dr. Li guided the teachers to discuss and propose solutions. She used concise and vivid language and practical and effective knowledge to explain in detail to the teachers what the core issues of mental health work are, when to intervene, who should intervene, etc., and answered the confusion of the head teacher in dealing with students' psychological problems.

在李博士看来,学生心理健康工作需要爱与技巧。班主任老师在日常班级管理中应该考虑的重点是营造正向积极的班级氛围,如果遇到难以解决的学生心理问题,需及时转介给心理老师,让专业人士去和孩子做进一步的沟通和干预。

In Dr. Li’s view, student mental health work requires love and skill. The key point that the head teacher should consider in daily class management is to create a positive class atmosphere. If students encounter difficulties in solving psychological problems, they need to be referred to the psychological teacher quickly so that professionals can further communicate and intervene with the children.

学生的心理健康问题从深到浅分为多个层次,作为班主任老师,不是在看到学生的深层次问题后,就一下子从深处着手,而是需要从浅到深地去处理学生的心理问题。

Students' mental health problems are divided into many levels from shallow to deep. Class teachers shouldn’t simply start trying to address deep-level issues after seeing such problems in students, but they need to deal with the students' psychological problems from shallow to deep.

老师要善于打开孩子的内心,要学会倾听,理解他们遇到的难处,共情他们,这样孩子更愿意敞开心扉。如果一味地从大人的角度去看待问题,则反而会切断彼此沟通的途径。

Teachers should be good at opening children's hearts, learn to listen, understand the difficulties they encounter, and sympathize with them so that children are more willing to open their hearts. If one blindly looks at the problem from an adult's perspective, it will cut off the channels of communication from each other.

At STS, mental health education has been integrated into our every day. Psychology classes are conducted every week to help students establish healthy concepts from the dimensions of socialization, emotional control, self-management, and interpersonal communication; experts and professors in psychology and education are invited to conduct special training on mental health education for teachers and discussions on parent and family education guidance.
