马立忠，字元,笔名舒仁,号独马、先忧室主、敬兰斋主、赏梅斋主.1962年10月生于甘肃省兰州市.于书法,真行草隶篆五体皆能，尤擅篆书.书法之外，亦好篆刻。 现为中国农工党党员，中国书画印研究院常务理事，兰州市书法家协会副秘书长，甘肃省书法家协会会员,甘肃省摄影家协会会员，甘肃金石篆刻研究院发展委员会主任，兰州大千书画院顾问，甘肃军创书画院副院长等。 曾获文化部艺术中心、甘肃省书法家协会"园丁奖"，<<书法报>>社"优秀少儿书画教师"等称号。 作品曾获中国艺术节"巨龙杯"书画大奖赛优胜奖﹑首届中国艺术之最大展赛三等奖﹑ “春风颂”全国书画大赛金奖和"炎黄杯"中外书画艺术交流精品大展赛金奖等。 作品,传略还发表﹑收录于《甘肃书法》（专题）、《甘肃美术》（整版）、《甘肃文史》、《兰州晚报》﹑《兰州广播电视报》（整版）、《甘肃邮电报》、《神州诗书画报》、《九州书画》报﹑《聚文书画集》﹑《墨痕-兰州市书法家协会成立20周年会员作品集》﹑《甘肃省新世纪书法篆刻展作品集》﹑《20世纪世界书法作品鉴赏》﹑《世界美术书法家世纪末成就大典》﹑《国际人物辞海》﹑《跨世纪中国书画篆刻名家精品大典》、《中国当代书画艺术博览》﹑《中国文苑英华大系》、《世界名人录》（第十二卷）和《中国知名专家学者辞典》﹙网络版﹚、《中国当代书法家选集》等。 Ma Lizhong was born in October 1962 in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province.
