自由降落救生艇释放操作程序

1.1 自由降落释放 Free fall launching operation

1.1.1---移去救生艇周围一切障碍物，包括吊艇索固定，脱开充电器，检查解开模拟释放钢丝，确保滑轮四周没有任何障碍物。
Removing all obstruction around the lifeboat, include ensuring the lift sling secure in position, the charge plug is disconnect and the simulation wire has been disconnect, confirm there is no any obstruction around the sideway.
1.1.2---人员携带救生衣穿着PPE进入救生艇，按照编号入座，并戴好安全带，检查艇内没有任何可移动物件,关闭所有开口。Crews wear PPE and take life jacket entry lifeboat, check no any moving inside and close all open, sit down and fasten the safety belt。

1.1.3--启动艇机 Start lifeboat engine.

1、将艇机离合器置于空挡位置 The engine clutch must be in neutral position
2、将电源开关旋转至1 或2 或Both 位置，
Turn the power switch to “1” or “2” or”Both” position
3、将启动按钮转至“on”再旋转至“start”启动艇机
Turn the start button to “on”position, then turn again to Start. The lifeboat engine will start.

1.1.4----当人员全部安全带系好落座后，负责释放人员关闭手动液压泵开关，上下摇动手摇泵手柄，直到小艇脱钩释放。
When all crews sit in position with fasten safety belt, officer in charge of opetater will switch off manual hydraulic pump, then operate the hydraulic pump handle up/down until the lifeboat hook release.

1.顺时针将泵开关旋转至Close 位置
Clockwise turn the switch to close position
2.解开手柄保护，上下操作手柄直到小艇脱钩。
Remove the safety loop then operate the handle up and down until the hook release.

1.1.5 应急释放的操作 Emergency release hook operation
---如果液压手动释放钩失效，那么应立即使用应急脱钩方法。
If the manual hydraulic pump release system fail， then must use the emergency release device as followings:

1、取下铁锤  Take down the Hammer
2、敲碎保险玻璃Breaking the glass cover of emergency release device with hammer
3、顺时针旋转手轮直至小艇脱钩释放

警告 Warning!

所有船员入座后，必须系紧安全带

All crews must be fasten safety belt when sit in position

Turn the hand-wheel clockwise rotation, until the lifeboat release.

1.2 使用吊艇索释放Launching lifeboat using davit falls

1.2.1---启动吊臂液压泵 Start Hydraulic pump motor

1.2.2---松开龙骨固艇装置固定拉索,使活动钩向下转动,松开救生艇.

Open the keel hook of the fitted unit to ensure the fitted boat plate to turn downs and not to pin on the keel hook.

固艇装置向上脱开 The fitted boat plate turn to Up and release

1.2.3---操作液压油缸转向阀起升吊臂至吊艇横杆与吊艇索环成垂直位置.

Manoeuvre the change valve of the oil cylinder， Hoist the davit arm until the floating beam up-head to the slings

1.2.4--操作绞车换向阀,下放吊艇横杆至吊艇索环,将吊艇索环从固定座卸下后,分别挂在吊臂的吊钩上.

Manoeuvre the change valve of the winch and lower down the floating beam to connect the lifting rings of the slings winch are dismantled from the bracket

1.2.5---起升吊艇横杆直至救生艇艉挂钩不再受力.

Hoist up the floating beam and the boat until there is no force to the chain between release hook and davit

1.2.6---拔去救生艇外充电插头,乘员登艇系好安全带,试验启动艇机，然后操作手动泵,释放吊钩

Disconnect the charging plug and socket outside the lifeboat the crews go aboard, and close all opening, and fasten seat belt at the same time, test the lifeboat engine. and manoeuvre the hydraulic pump to release the hook.

1.2.7---如液压手动脱钩系统失效，则可用应急释放装置应急脱钩。程序如下：打碎应急释放装置玻璃盖，顺时针转动脱钩手轮，直至脱钩为止。

If the manual hydraulic release system fails, use the emergency release device for emergency release, the procedure is as follows: Breaking the glass cover of emergency release device, turn the hand-wheel clockwise rotation, until the lifeboat release.

1.2.8---操作液压油缸换向阀，吊艇臂被顶移至舷外

 To manoeuvre the change valve of oil cylinder and the davit arms are turned to full outboard position

1.2.9---将吊艇索环从吊艇横杆上卸下,并将索环固定于救生艇顶棚固定座上

Dismantle the lifting rings from the floating beam and fix on the bracket of canopy

1.2.10----当小艇吊艇索解清固定后，人员操纵小艇驶离大船。

When lifting rings clear and fix, then officer can manoeuvre the lifeboat sailing .
