2. Femoral neck fracture ruled out by fluoro

2. 透视检查排除股骨颈骨折 

3. Knee ligament examination

3. 膝关节韧带检查 

4. Assess compartments

4. 评估筋膜室（笔者注：半截石位下对侧小腿，若手术时间过长，灌注及氧供的降低可致筋膜室压力增高，最终造成骨筋膜室综合征）
