跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。
黄欣笙，1958年出生，福建省泉州市人。书法研究生，CCTV央视书画签约艺术家，艺术顾问，中国诗书画出版社终身名誉社长、中国书画院院士、中国书法家协会会员、中国楹联学会会员，中国楹联学会书法艺术委员及对联文化研究院研究员。 自小爱好书法，曾从事工艺美术活动。 1985年3月—1987年3月，无锡书法艺专函授大专毕业。 1987年9月—1988年12月，无锡书法艺专“隶书研究班”结业。 1997年参加参加中国书法家协会教育委员会主办的“中国书法教育刊授第一届篆隶班结业”。 2001年3月至2002年3月，参加中国书法家协会教育委员会主办的“中国书法教育刊授第六届研究班结业”。 文化部文化艺术人才中心、中国文联等单位主办，“2000年世界华人艺术展”，获佳作奖，被授予“世界华人艺术人才”称号。 中国书法家协会组织主办的“2017年度上海市书画艺术品及收藏品文博会大赛”中，荣获金奖。 多次被中国网、人民网、中国书法网、CCTV央视网、中国新闻网、人民画家网、中国书画百強网、名人网、书画百科、中国导报网、《国家一级美术家网》、《大众文化网》、巜中国香港网》分别报道。 多次入编《人民美术》杂志、《书法导报》、《中华翰墨名家作品博览》（世纪珍藏版），人民画报社出版、中国文化报、《世界日报》、《中国当代书法美术家全集》、《国际现代书法集》、《国际现代诗书画篆刻大辞典》、《中国收藏（书画） 》、报日人民出版社《永葆共产党人先进本色》[诗词集]、中国文史出版社《时代的强音 为中国加油》[红色诗选]、多次入编《中国楹联年鉴》、《中国楹联报》、《中华楹联报》、《中华人民共和国艺术家大典》、《中国诗词家大词典》、中国文联出版社《格言联墨大观》、《对联中国》荣获“佳作奖”、“优秀奖”；《中国楹联家大观》、《中华诗人年鉴》等等。 Huang Xinsheng, born in 1958, is from Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. I am a calligraphy graduate student, a contracted artist for CCTV calligraphy and painting, a creative member and artistic consultant of the Calligraphy and Painting Committee of the Chinese Academy of Cultural Heritage Protection, a lifelong honorary president of the Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Publishing House, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Chinese Couplet Society, a member of the Calligraphy Art Committee of the Chinese Couplet Society, and a researcher of the Couplet Culture Research Institute. I have been interested in calligraphy since childhood and have been engaged in arts and crafts activities. From March 1985 to March 1987, I graduated from Wuxi Calligraphy Art College as a correspondence college. From September 1987 to December 1988, the 'Lishu Research Class' of Wuxi Calligraphy Art College graduated. In 1997, he participated in the 'First Seal and Li Script Class of Chinese Calligraphy Education' organized by the Education Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. From March 2001 to March 2002, I participated in the 6th Research Class on Chinese Calligraphy Education, hosted by the Education Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. The '2000 World Chinese Art Exhibition' was organized by the Cultural and Art Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and other units. It won the Best Work Award and was awarded the title of 'World Chinese Art Talent'. In the 2017 Shanghai Calligraphy and Painting Art and Collectibles Cultural Expo organized and hosted by the Chinese Calligraphers Association, it won a gold medal. It has been reported multiple times by China Net, People's Daily, China Calligraphy Network, CCTV, China News Network, People's Painters Network, China Top 100 Calligraphy and Painting Network, Celebrity Network, Calligraphy and Painting Encyclopedia, China Guide Network, National First Class Artists Network, Popular Culture Network, and China Hong Kong Network. I have been included multiple times in the People's Fine Arts magazine, Calligraphy Guide, and Exhibition of Famous Chinese Calligraphers and Mohists (Century Collection Edition). I have also been published by People's Pictorial Society, China Culture Daily, World Daily, Complete Works of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Artists, International Modern Calligraphy Collection, International Dictionary of Modern Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting, and Seal Engraving, China Collection (Calligraphy and Painting), People's Daily Publishing House's 'Forever Maintaining the Advanced Nature of Communists' [Poetry Collection], and China Literature and History Publishing House's 'The Strong Sound of the Times Cheers China' [Red Poetry Selection]. I have also been included multiple times in the 'China Couplet Yearbook', 'China Couplet Newspaper', and 'China Couplet Newspaper'. The 'Artist Encyclopedia of the People's Republic of China', 'Dictionary of Chinese Poets and Lyrics', 'The Great View of Mohists in the Motto Union' and 'Couplet China' by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Publishing House won the 'Excellent Work Award' 'Excellent Award'; 'The Grand View of Chinese Couplets', 'The Yearbook of Chinese Poets', and so on.
