TCLK73系列LCD产品
第一节整机组成介绍
K73系列液晶电视集电视、画中画、电脑显示等功能,它是公司新推出的一款采用先进的
数码芯片、配K73系列外观而成,其核心技术芯片运用GENESIS公司的FLI8532,内部集成强
大的平板图像处理器、多路信号输入、OSD控制、内置x86微处理器、PLL时钟控发生器、ADC
及智能图像处理等功能模块。
该机芯采用FLI8532超级单片进行图像信号处理、解码、MCU控制器,。
一、输入信号有
1路输入的射频信号、3路AV信号、VGA信号、DVI信号、HDMI信号、YUV信号、S-video
信号、USB信号等。
二、输出图像信号
一路转换为LVDS信号在上TFT-LCD显屏上显示,另一路由AV-OUT输出。
三、输出伴音信号
一输出驱动扬声器,另一路输出到耳机。
四、主要功能
支持VGA电脑:1240768/75Hz;YUV分量(HDTV高清信号),HDMI和DVI信号共用端口,
高清输入:支持480p、720p;AV-Video视频3路;AV-Audio音频3路;S端子1路,画中画功能
注:由于该机芯电路为单个解码器,所以只能在DVI或HDMI信号状态下,才可与其它的各路
信号进行画中画图像处理。
五、信号处理电路
K73系列机芯的信号处理电路包括:一体化数码高频调谐器(内部包括:图像中放、视频检
波、视频处理、伴音鉴频、预中放电路、声表面波滤波器、中频放大、中频压控振荡器(PIF-VCO)、
视频检波器等组成)、数字视频解码器、视频切换开关、液晶显示处理器、EEPROM存储器、帧
存储器、丽音解码及音效处理、伴音功放、静音控制、开关稳压电源及电源控制等组成。
六、同机芯电路区别
和B68系列的CORTEZ(二)机芯相比,K73系列的CORTEZ机芯有差别,他去掉了一个
视频解码电路,即电路中删除了SA7117A集成电路(U23)。
由于电路的单高频头和单视频解码器,所以K73系列中,采用CORTEZ机芯电路方案的LCD
各机型的画中画只能在DVI或HDMI信源状态下才能实现。
K73系列CORTEZ机芯电路组成框图见附图。
第二节整机各组件信号流程
K73系列液晶电视数字板机芯电路采用的主要集成电路有:
U1/U27/U29-EEPROMAT24C02、XU2-MX29LV800程序存储器、U3-FLI8532、U6
E
2
PROMM24C64、U38-MSP3410G丽音解码及音效处理、U40-TPA3004D2伴音功放、U26-HDMI
接收处理SIL9021等等。
一、信号输入
信号输入1路射频信号、3路AV信号、1路VGA信号、1路DVI信号、1路HDMI信号、1路YUV
信号等。
1、射频信号输入
从高频头输出的射频信号连接到数字板的CN12插头输入到数字板(主板)。
视频信号:
CN12的17脚输出信号经R29限流后,由C43藕合后的信号SV4,连接到U3(FLI8532)的AE7
脚进行视频处理。
音频信号有两路:一路经CN12插头的11输出射频信号的单声道音频信号MONO_TUN1,通
过C415电容藕合,连接到音频处理电路U38的47脚,送到集成电路进行音效处理。
一路输出伴音中频信号,由CN12插头的13输出射频信号的伴音中频IFAUDIO1,分别通过
电容C425藕合,连接到音频处理电路U38的50脚,送到集成电路进行丽音解码和音效处理。
2、AV信号输入
由插头CN2、CN5、CN7接入的AV1、AV2、AV3信号,分别经U43、U54、U55防静电保护
IC。
视频信号:视频信号A1/A2/C1分别送U3进行图像信号处理,CN2/CN5/CN7的1脚输出的信
号分别经R1/R14/R18限流后,由C9/C20/C31藕合后的信号A1/A2/C1,分别连接到U3的
AB1/AF1/AC1脚进行视频处理。
音频信号:
音频信号通道和LCDB68系列的“AV信号输入的音频信号”相同。
3、S-video信号输入
视频通道:
由CN10输入S-video信号,其中的CN10的4脚输出的Y信号,经R28限流后,由C39藕合后的
信号SV3,连接到U3的AE1脚;CN10的2脚输出的C信号,经R24限流后,由C38藕合后的信号SV3,
连接到U3的AE4脚,进行视频处理。
伴音通道:和AV3通道共用。
4、YUV信号(HDTV)输入
YUV通道和LCDB68系列的“YUV信号输入”相同。
5、VGA信号输入
GVA通道和LCDB68系列的“VGA信号输入”相同。
6、DVI信号输入
DVI信号通道和LCDB68系列的“DVI信号输入”相同。
7、HDMI信号输入
HDMI信号通道和LCDB68系列的“HDMI信号输入”相同。
二、信号处理

三、信号输出
信号输出和LCDB68系列的“信号输出”相同。
四、OCM(处理控制器)信号控制
信号控制和LCDB68系列的“信号控制”相同。
五、静音电路控制

六、电源板电路
K73系列液晶彩电的机芯电路电源部分采用了几个电源方案:
1、PWL371C电源
采用该电源方案的机型是LCD27K73、LCD32K73。电源的电路和电源LCD3726的电路相
似,详细介绍参考《LCD40A71-P液晶彩电维修手册》。
2、JSK3220-007电源
采用该电源方案的机型是LCD37K73,电源的电路详细介绍参考本手册的JSK晶辰系列电
源介绍。
3、JSK4330-007电源
采用该电源方案的机型是LCD40K73、LCD42K73,电源的电路详细介绍参考本手册的JSK
晶辰系列电源介绍。
4、JSK4500-007电源
