加味四妙勇安丸治疗类风湿性关节炎临床研究

[]目的:观察加味四妙勇安丸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:例随机分为治疗组例及对照组
例,分别用加味四妙勇安丸和雷公藤多甙片治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率.%,对照组总有效率.%,两组比较有极显著
性差异(P<.)。两组主要症状体征均有显著改善(P<.或P<.),血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C-反应蛋白
(CRP)均有显著下降(P<.),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<.或P<.)。结论:加味四妙勇安丸治疗类风湿性关节
炎有显著效果。

Therewasverysignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups(P<.).Themainsymptomsofthetwogroupswereimprovedobviously
(P<.orP<.).ESR,RFandCRPdecreasedsignificantly(P<.).Thetherapeuticeffectofthetreatmentgroupwassupe-
riortothatofthecontrolgroupobviously(P<.orP<.).Conclusion:Four-ValiantDecoctionforWell-Beingwithadditional
integrantshassignificanteffectonrheumatoidarthritis.
